Infancy (0-3 years) - Baby and Toddler Sessions
These sessions are designed to follow and support the developmental milestones of a child, based on their individual skills, in a fun and motivating environment.
We truly believe our programme addresses the children’s individual needs and supports their learning journey in a meaningful way. During the session we put a great deal of focus on creating a challenging environment to support all the areas of learning.
All the sessions are provided by highly trained professionals such as conductors, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and occupational therapists.
The programme actively involves and enables children to explore and learn through age appropriate play as well as targeting the sensory system, perception and their balance and coordination.
Due to the high plasticity of the brain in the early years of development we find it crucial to provide the appropriate amount and quality of stimuli as early as possible. In order to support the child in becoming a successful learner, it is very important to lay the foundation of the essential learning blocks.
This programme includes the following elements:
Baby massage (to improve sleeping habits and movement)
Practicing appropriate fundamental movement skills
Core strengthening and coordination activities
Our Baby sessions are aimed at children between 6-18 months old. It is designed to promote early development and to provide a strong foundation for babies. It also helps to reach developmental milestones in a structured environment.
Our Toddler sessions are for 18 months to 3 year olds and it channels the childrens’ boundless energy and focuses on mastering the complex movements through challenging activities. This programme puts more focus on the small details of each and every area of development.
Early Childhood (3-6 years)
Preschool age is a crucial period in a child’s development. Across this time period rapid growth spurts occur, balance and coordination are developing day by day by experience. Children’s memory is improving, they learn to categorize and reason and they use their memories and experiences to solve everyday problems. They are learning to play together and follow rules.
During this period of time setting up a reasonable daily routine is a must to ensure the child’s development into an organised individual and to get ready for school.
We have a wide range of therapy options for this age group. Our therapists can provide session’s in the child’s place of education or at the family’s home and we can hold individual or group sessions depending on the circumstances.

Childhood and Adolescence (6 years and above)
From the age of 6, education takes a huge part in a child’s life. We know how essential it is to have a solid and unwavering base knowledge for everyone. We are aiming to provide the best possible support for all of our clients. In the school environment we’re focusing on setting up a daily routine for our children, which makes them confident to get around school and focus on their education.
In cooperation with Teachers and Teaching Assistants we find the best time during a day for our clients’ physical sessions and we show staff members how to support them. This way they can reach maximum level of independence with preparations for each lesson, transfers, toileting and all aspects of a school day.
During lessons we teach our children how to break down a more complex task into elements and we remind them of strategies, which they can use to solve a problem.
